  Place your jewellery in its original presentation box and include all original diamond grading certificates to avoid a replacement fee.

  Affix the provided label to a shipping box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; all return shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the stone and setting integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
